Labor Senator denies internal hatred
Labor Senator Doug Cameron has rejected claims by Coalition frontbencher Malcolm Turnbull that Labor is divided by internal hatred. American tourist gang raped in India
An American tourist has allegedly been raped by a truck driver and two other men after accepting a lift on Monday night. The incident took place in Manali, approximately 500 kilometres from New Delhi. Medical tests have confirmed the rape. Read more.

Judge accepts insanity plea
A judge has accepted James Holmes’ plea of not guilty by insanity in his trial for killing 12 people and wounding dozens more during a movie screening in Colorado last year.
