Church reveals names of guilty sex offenders
The Catholic Church has released the names of Melbourne priests who are guilty of sexually abusing children. It was revealed last week that the church had paid compensation to the victims of 59 priests. Repeat offenders Desmond Gannon and Michael Glennon were named by the Church, along with 27 others. NBN chief calls for calm
Mike Quigley, the CEO of the National Broadband Network has said the company has a stringent training system to protect contractors and the public from asbestos. Sites across the company have been shut down and residents have been forced out of their homes due to asbestos-related safety issues while preparing for the NBN. ABC News has the full story.

Soldier murder suspect in court

A woman has found a live gun on a ride at Walt Disney World as she visited the amusement park with her grandson. Authorities said the gun was found on the Dinosaur ride at Animal Kingdom. Read more.
Bear meets boy
