Another highlight included inspecting six new classrooms in preparation for 2015 year 7 and year 8 students, complete with a 30-kilowatt solar power system and an open lawn area. Probians recently enjoyed a tour of St Brendan’s College (SBC).
Principal Nick Scully welcomed the Probus Club with morning tea explaining the formation and operation of Edmund Rice Schools. SBC has a proud tradition of following the principles of Edmund Rice, educating boys from all walks of life as boarders or day students.
Nick and Kevin Smith led a guided tour of the college including the hospitality classroom where Probians were treated to coffee made by baristas learning the trade. Another highlight included inspecting six new classrooms in preparation for 2015 year 7 and year 8 students, complete with a 30-kilowatt solar power system and an open lawn area.
